MEET DAVE
Determination isn't the problem.
Conflict-ridden teams, roles with no formal authority, companies that have plateaued and don't know why — that was my leadership journey: from the front lines of hospitality and high-turnover teams, to scrappy IT orgs with cutthroat competition, to driving sales at Apple with zero direct control. I've built and turned around teams in some of the toughest environments in business. But it's not without great cost - the highs are high, the lows are low, and I realized that determination alone isn't enough.
What I learned from all of it is that sustained results don't come from talent and brute force. They come from leaders who understand their headwinds and tailwinds — their own emotional patterns, how their personality shows up under pressure, what their team does uniquely well, and what holds them back. Just like in aviation, those currents don't just affect speed — they determine whether you arrive at all.
Today, I'm an executive coach, helping leaders find their own Jetstreams and deliver their best results. If you're ready to stop fighting the wind, it's time for a conversation.

MY FAVORITE THINGS TO DO
Motorcycles & country roads
I ride a Triumph Bonneville with a self-installed racing cam, tune, and Hagon suspension. I've always loved the Steve McQueen image from The Great Escape.
In 2024, my dad and I rode from Dayton to Niagara Falls to Virginia Beach.
RUNNING
I'm one of those weird people that love running. It has a quantifiable affect on my health, but it also centers and grounds my head game for my clearest thinking.
Yes, my nipple is bleeding here - it's real, like my coaching conversations.
GUITAR & The BLUES
I've been playing since I was 12, and love jamming with friends. My genre is electric blues, along the likes of Buddy Guy, Gary Clark Jr, and Stevie Ray Vaughan.
Pictured here is my Les Paul Classic - currently my favorite guitar to play.
